End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Laragon ("Licensor"), governing your use of the software known as Laragon ("Software").

By installing, using, or accessing Laragon, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your selected license type, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on supported devices.

Licenses, billing, and tax compliance are managed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., our official Merchant of Record. They handle:

5.1 Refund Policy

Refunds and returns related to the purchase of Laragon licenses are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before completing your purchase.


6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This Agreement grants no ownership rights-only a limited license.

7. Termination

Your license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable international law and please note that your use of the Software may also be subject to local, national, or regional laws depending on where you reside or operate. We encourage you to ensure compliance with any applicable legal requirements in your location.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and the Licensor regarding Laragon and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
