This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Laragon software made via Lemon Squeezy, our official Merchant of Record. Laragon is a digitally delivered software product, and all license keys and access details are provided electronically after purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Product Nature

Laragon is a digital good. Once a license key or download access has been delivered, the product is considered used. As such, all sales are generally considered final to prevent abuse and unauthorized use.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Refunds are not automatically granted. If the license has been accessed or activated, a refund is generally not possible unless otherwise stated under specific consumer rights or at our discretion.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In compliance with EU consumer laws, EU-based customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless:

• The download or license key has already been delivered.
• You explicitly agreed to waive the right to withdrawal at checkout.

Lemon Squeezy handles these cases in accordance with applicable law.

4. Eligibility for Refund (Discretionary)

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• The license key must not have been used or activated.
• You mistakenly purchased the wrong license and have not activated it.
• You encountered a technical issue and our team couldn't resolve it within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate payments for the same license.

5. How to Request a Refund

We recommend reviewing Laragon's features and documentation before purchase to ensure it meets your needs. However, if Laragon isn't what you expected, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Refund Process

• Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Upon receiving a refund, you must delete all copies of Laragon from your devices and accounts.
• You forfeit any rights to use Laragon, including for non-commercial purposes.

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke your license immediately.
• Ban your email or domain from future purchases.
• Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
